Not a good day to be anti-social in southern England

In a single day the British Transport Police made 80 arrests in a crackdown on anti-social behaviour on trains across Sussex, Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Kent and Surrey as part of operation Volcanic which targeted offenses like cycle crime and fare evasion.



A rough breakdown of offenses were 30 for anti-social behaviour, 29 for fare evasion, 6 for cycle theft and 2 for possesion of a class A drug.
